2つのイタリアチーズを買ってみて気づいたことが・・・

どちらも名前に「エルボリナート」とあるけれど、一体何なんだ？

あるwebsiteによると、「エルボリナート」はイタリア語でブルーチーズ”formaggio erborinato"であり、イタリア北部ロンバルディアの方言でもあるらしい。上が「カプリツィオーラ  エルボリナート」、下が「エルボリナート アル カカオ エ ラム」という舌を噛みそうな名前です。

どちらも申し分なく美味しいです。上は山羊乳で深～い味わい。下はカカオの香りが心地よい。

Both have the name of “erborinato”. What is the meaning by “erborinato”?

According to a website, “erborinato” means blue cheese in Italian language and it seems to be Lombardia dialect at the same time. Sorry, I don’t know spelling these cheese. Both of them are tasty perfectly. Above is made from goat milk and we enjoy complex flavor. Below is the cheese which we satisfy cacao flavor.
