チーズフォンデュも勿論ステキですが、「ラクレット」がおすすめです。

「ラクレット」はスイスの伝統的な料理と同時にチーズの名前でもあります。写真のラクレットヒーターは小さくて１～2人で食べるのにぴったり。スライスしたチーズを溶かして、ゆでたジャガイモと一緒に食べるだけ。

Recently it's very cold, isn't it?  What's your meal such a cold day?  Japanese nabe or Oden?

Needless to say, cheese fondu is nice but I recommend "Raclette."

"Raclette" is both Swiss traditional cuisine and the name of cheese. The Raclette heater(above) is small and it's suitable for one or two persons. We just melt sliced cheeses and then we eat it with boiled potatoes. It's so easy! This is my first Raclette this autumn. I enjoyed two kinds of Raclette cheeses.
