GWもチーズです（*^_^*）

「チーズが大好き!!」と言っても、好みはある...

ウォッシュのマンステールは好みが分かれそうなチーズだなぁ~と、つくづく思う。

表面がベタベタしていて、納豆のような匂いがするのだけど、中身はミルキーで美味しい♪この外皮があまり得意ではないので、冷蔵庫にいつまでもいる。

だから、「ポテトのマンステール焼き（マダムSのレシピ）」を冬のメニューとはいえ、作ってみました。

美味礼賛♪

I have cheeses during GW. Although I love cheeses, I have my own favorites. I think Munster,French cheese, is love-it-or-hate-it. Outside is sticky and it has strong smell like Natto. Inside has the milky flavor. The truth, I don't like the Natto flavor,so Munster is still in the fridge. Then I made Pommes de terre au Munster, despite of the winter dishes. Delicious!
