プロセスチーズではなくナチュラルチーズです。

パッケージをめくると、なんだか素敵。表面が平らなものだと予想していただけにちょっと驚き♪

ミルクの香りがちゃんとあって酸味も感じます。

スーパーで売っているクリームチーズとの決定的な違いは「軽さ」。

ゴテッと重たくないんです。ちょっとこれはいいかも・・・・

Actually I have almost no opportunity that I look at American cheeses at a supermarket. So when I found this cheese, I was happy. It is Sierra Nevada Cheese Company's product and the company is located in California. The cream cheese is not processed cheese but natural one. I uncovered the top and then I was a little bit surprised because I'd expected the surface of cheese is flat. It has a milky and sour taste. What is more remarkable is that it's not heavy.
